Arusha Town & Coffee Tour, 8 Day TK Lemosho route - Excel Series climb & 4 Day Safari to Serengeti & Ngorongoro
This itinerary is recommended from July to October, when the Wildebeest Migration is expected to be in Northern Serengeti.
14th August 2022: Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) at 0800.
Once you have completed customs formalities and collected your luggage, please exit the airport building and then look out for our driver who should be wearing a black Team Kilimanjaro t-shirt and carrying a placard with your name on it, who will be waiting under a shelter for you at the meeting point outside. Our driver will transfer you to Mvuli Lodge to drop off your luggage.
Later morning pick by TK driver and transferred to Arusha for town tour with guide, concluding with a Bean to Cup coffee planation tour at Arusha Coffee Lodge. Overnight at Mvuli Lodge.
Your chief guide will come to you at Mvuli Lodge for your pre-climb briefing on the evening of the climb, during which he will introduce himself, brief you on everything that will be happening throughout the duration of the climb, check any kit that you may have concerns over, issue any kit hire items that have been requested and he will also deal with any final pre-climb administration and answer any questions you may have.
Kilimanjaro
15th August 2022: Your mountain guide and supporting crew will collect you from your hotel at approximately 0730 to transfer you to Kilimanjaro's Lemosho Gate to start your 8 day Lemosho βExcel Seriesβ climb, finishing on 22nd August 2022.

22nd August 2022: We will collect you from Mweka Village when you finish your climb and will return you to Mvuli Lodge for your overnight stay.
Your safari guide will come to your hotel for your pre-climb briefing at approximately 1800, during which he will introduce himself, brief you on everything that will be happening during the safari, and answer any questions you may have.
Safari
23rd August 2022: Your safari driver will collect you at around 0730 from Mvuli Lodge in Arusha for transfer to North Serengeti for your first night at Mara Kati Kati Tented Camp.
24th August 2022: Early morning game drives in Northern Serengeti as we head towards the Mara River region, where we expect to witness the wildebeest Migration. Late afternoon transfer for overnight at Mara Kati Kati Tented Camp.
25th August 2022: Morning game drive in Central Serengeti in search of the region's permanent predator population, where we expect to find a very dense concentration of game. Afternoon, drive south to Ngorongoro Crater rim for overnight at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge in a triple-share room.
26th August 2022: Early morning descent into Ngorongoro Crater for game drive. Afternoon, return to Kia Lodge near Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) for your overnight.

27th August 2022: Please be ready to be collected for your airport transfer from Kia Lodge at least 1.5 hours before your flight, to ensure sufficient time to check-in for your flight (QR 1499) departing JRO at 0850.
