7 Day TK Rongai Climb With a 3 Day Safari to Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater & Lake Manyara

Arrival
22nd September 2023: Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) on flight QR 1499 at 0735 and flight DL 9244 arriving at 2000.
Once you have completed customs formalities and collected your luggage, please exit the airport building and then look out for our driver who should be wearing a black Team Kilimanjaro t-shirt and carrying a placard with your name on it, who will be waiting under a shelter for you at the meeting point outside. Our driver will transfer you to Mvuli Lodge for your overnight stay.
23rd September 2023: Day at leisure at Mvuli Lodge. Please let us know whether you need any assistance with organising any activities for this day or whether you wish for your guide to accompany you into town for the day.
Your chief guide will come to your hotel for your pre-climb briefing at approximately 1800, during which he will introduce himself, brief you on everything that will be happening throughout the duration of the climb, check any kit that you may have concerns over, issue any kit hire items that have been requested and he will also deal with any final pre-climb administration and answer any questions you may have.
Kilimanjaro
24th September 2023: Your mountain guide and supporting crew will collect you from your hotel at approximately 0730 to transfer you to Kilimanjaro's Naro Moru Gate to start your 7 day TK Rongai βLite Seriesβ climb, finishing on the 30th September 2023.

30th September 2023: We will collect you from Marangu Gate when you finish your climb and will return you to Mvuli Lodge for your overnight stay.
Optional: If requested, your safari guide will come to your hotel at approximately 1800, during which he will introduce himself, brief you on everything that will be happening during the safari, and answer any questions you may have.
Safari
1st October 2023: Your safari driver will collect you at around 0730 from your hotel in Arusha and transfer you to Tarangire National Park for game drives. Late afternoon transfer Ngorongoro Crater Rim for your overnight at Pakulala Luxury Safari Camp.
2nd October 2023: Early morning descend into the Crater for a game drive in hopes of witnessing the Big 5. In Africa, the Big Five is made up of the lion, rhinoceros, leopards, elephant and Cape buffalo. All of these animals are viewable within the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, including the crater and are protected thanks to the wildlife conservation efforts of Tanzania.
Afternoon transfer to Lake Manyara with game drives en route to Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge.
3rd October 2023: Morning transfer to Lake Manyara for game drives. Afternoon transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) for your flight departing at 1725 on flight ET 814.
