8 Day TK Lemosho Excel Series Climb & 4 Day Safari to Serengeti & Ngorongoro
Arrival & Safari
This itinerary is recommended in June, when the Wildebeest Migration is expected to be in the Grumeti Region.
Day 1: Arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) at 0650.
Once you have completed customs formalities and collected your luggage, please exit the airport building and then look out for our driver who should be wearing a black Team Kilimanjaro T-shirt and carrying a placard with your name on it, who will be waiting under a shelter for you at the meeting point outside.
Our driver will transfer you to Central Western Serengeti for overnight in Sound of Silence, with game drive en route.
Day 2: Game drives in Central Seronera in search of the region's permanent predator population as we move north towards the Mara River region, where we expect to find a very dense concentration of game. You will be returned to Sound of Silence for your overnight stay.
Day 3: Morning game drive in pursuit of the Wildebeest Migration in the hope of witnessing the dramatic Mara River crossing. Afternoon, drive south to Ngorongoro Crater rim for overnight at Rhino Lodge.
Day 4: Early morning descent into Ngorongoro Crater for game drive. Afternoon, return to Arusha for your over night stay at The Outpost Lodge.
